    Thanks Steve. These youtube clips have been instrumental in in the 40lbs I lost. I did it without recovery drinks, or protein bars/shakes, or wonder pills/machines. Just good old fashioned exercise. I am happy that there is still someone out there with a no nonsense approach to fitness! I am 6′ and sitting at a healthy 185 now. I took a little break and coasted for a while, and am ready to tackle that last 10 pounds! I will pass this vid along for sure!

    because of your videos I’ve nearly lost 30 pounds in the last 3 months mianly because i’ve been taking your advice by keeping my calorie intake to the minimal and cardio like a maniac. Now after i reached my goal I’m gonna start weightLifting to get my body ripped. all thanks to you

    how long should I do cardio and how many times a week?

    I was think 3 days per week cardio and 2 days for strength training, What do u think?

    I was think mondays and fridays for strength training and tuesdays-thursdays for cardio.

    The entire seminar is about losing fat. I like a healtyhy cereal with low fat milk but you can eat anything you want for breakfast when it’s lower in fat.

    what is a good healthy breakfast, the breakfast that I hear people talk about have me starving they dont last long and I get hungry quick
