Dang losing all that weight changed their looks. They look so much younger. I have been setting my goals weekly. 2 pounds by next week seems so much more achievable than 40 pounds by June. I really need to lose 98 pounds to be my ideal weight.

i’m not saying that this isn’t inspirational.but…. the guy in the 2:39 have a tatoo in the right arm and in the next photograph the tatoo is in the left arm :s so i don’t know maybe some are true and some aren’t.
