thanks for encouragment i always fail after 3 weeks, i hate diet clubs feel humiliated when i dont lose fed need to chose healthy options and keep watching these vids for help i want to loose 12lb in three months,i emotinal eat, you lost 45 I just need to loose 12lbs you speak sense yet i need self control and determination i have stopped diet coke as i have heard of the aspatime can cause you to over eat.. so next stop the chocolate a little step i will do lets see the differance in a week

Thankyou so much for doing this video. I know you posted it last year, but just about two weeks ago i started watching you videos. Since then i have took your advise and taken small steps to get to my goal of loosing 50lbs. I have lost 4lbs so far and am super excited cause i finally feel like i can do this. Once again thank you and i look forward to following you on here through my weight loss journey

dont pay your mother any attention im NOT sayin disrespect or ignore her just look at the situation as her being an mosquito. the way you can squat at her is to start being healthy. start walking, cut sodas, walk places rather than catch a ride, make more healthy eating choices, just turn your negatives into positives and youll start losing weight. who cares what others have to say because they are not you no matter what you do someone will always have somthing to say about it

Talk about it girlfriend. I have begun my weight loss journey one week ago. I have decided that I am going to layer one good choice on top of another. I have started with exercise. I have decided to exercise almost everyday. This makes me feel good so I will start here. Next I will tackle my diet. I love your attitude. You are an inspiration, Thank You.
