    I’ve lost 80 pounds so far, I’ve still got a long way to go but you are so right! It’s the soda’s!! (well mostly) I don’t have DDR but I have stopped driving anywhere closer than 3km away! I walk it! Sure it takes more time but teh weight loss is so worth it! Other than that there’s not much I have changed, if I want a biscuit I have 2 and not a whole packet! I still have over 100 pounds to go but I’ll keep you updated :)
