How do you prepare the chicken you eat when you’re dieting?

A lot of people eat chicken when they’re dieting. Does the chicken have to be prepared a certain way or does it not matter?

    Just don’t fry it. I bake my chicken. I season it and put it in a pan with foil over it on 350 degrees in the oven for 45 to 60 min. It taste so good.

    well as long as you don’t kill the chicken by drowning it in grease, oil, fats, then no. Chickens are lower in fat and higher in protein content than most other meats (ex: beef) that’s why dieters have it. they need the protien not the fat
