    Believe it or not lean beef can actually help burn fat because of the natural CLA that is in it. But you have to eat a high quality leanest beef to get the results and as of what Vince says you have to eat your GREENS with your meals!! Its pretty common sense. Eat junk you look like junk, eat well you look well. :)

    Carbohydrates are a non-essential macronutrient. A person can build muscle on a ketogenic diet. A person can live just fine without carbohydrates.

    @skullkiller123 Eatin’ vegetables is ESSENTIA. If you don’t you will pay for it later in life. Not being fat isn’t necessarily a sinonim of being HEALTHY, which is what you should aim for. Every food group is needed, even carbs. (Though you DON’T need sugar, you can get glucose from so many different things and the negative effects it has on you far outweight any pros. It’s really a food that is unnecessary in every way., hehe)

    True, olive oil is very high in cal and I used to just pour freely. Now, I have not been losing weight at my expected rate and looked into the excess cal, it really does make a difference…

    @mabuskiller do interval training, and vary the resistance. interval training will allow more of those calories burned to be OF fat. Also, going from 19% to 2% will take some time. Do it though! The diet that vince talks about is 100% correct as well. whats your height and weight?
