    Yeah its rear that I eat cookies full of sugar, but I had a oats mixed berry muffin a healthier type recently. Yup I have a food diary too! I do go over to change my eating habits it helps me to see what I’m putting into my body. but also its about portion size some people eat too much of bad foods.

    Not often I have cream etc but i love my fruit. Honey is great! I stopped having sugar in my tea, what type of tea can you drink? I hardly drink I limit myself to 2 drinks most of the time. Good idea of using shot glass of portion sizing. The to things I don’t like about myself is my tummy and thighs can you do a workout for these to targets? Sodas are bad I don’t drink those but my brother and his wife does it’s suck! Water is good my body loves it when I dont drink soda.

    Oatmeal, cream of wheat, and any whole grain cereal that do not have sugar or other additives in them are great cereals. For sandwiches, eat French or Whole grain breads and then put healthy things inside the sandwich like peanut butter and jelly or bananas, or one made with tomato slices, cucumbers, lettuce and lean meat (like leftover chicken), or eggs, and use mustard in place of mayo – or just a little bit of mayo.

    You have to look at the ingredients on the granola bar, and if there are ones you cannot pronounce — meaning they are not natural and likely chemicals and preservatives. Avoid granola bars with lots of chemicals and preservatives.

    What are your thoughts on eating granola bars?
    Sometimes I hear that its a good thing to eat, and sometimes I hear its very fattening.
    Its confusing.
