Eat whatever you want to eat in MODERATION. Exercise or at least keep active. Use logic when it comes to hygiene. Then enjoy your life free of dieting fads.

You doctors don’t live any more of a healthy lifestyle than the average American. I say don’t eat any food that wasn’t meant to be food; like pork. It’s obvious to anyone that has studied pigs that that animal was never meant to be eaten.
As far as vegetarianism. If we were meant to be carnivores, why don’t we have canines like other carnivores? hmmmmm
